Pois lá fomos para uma comemoração a dois, sem antes ter programado a visita, em um ímpeto aventureiro de uma fria noite de outono. De cara, a casa já impressionou pela imponência, enormes janelões que dão para a charmosa calçada da rua McGill, a decoração clássica e descolada, o ambiente vivo e a boa energia.
Pedi uma entrada de queijo de cabra com tomate e pesto de azeitona. D-e-l-i-c-i-o-s-a. Como prato principal, apelei para a velha e boa massa, um delicioso ravioli de lagosta com aspargo, molho manteiga e trufa. Um pouco forte, mas bem gostoso. Apesar das altas risadas de grupos de executivos reunidos em happy hours, de garçons correndo com copos e pratos pelo salão e pelo animado bar, Holder ofereceu uma boa refeição a um preço bem razoável.HOLDER
